I know better. I know to cross-reference part numbers two or three times before trusting the "This fits your car!" verification. It was an aftermarket antenna, what could go wrong?

This could go wrong.

I just can't get it all the way up, (that's what he said.) There's just not enough adjustment to compensate for the the angle of the nose.

I ordered a OEM one. Anyone want a little whippy rubber antenna?

Before I buy parts from Amazon I always quadruple check.

I do too. I search the product number, I look at the photos, I check RockAuto to see if the Amazon part is listed, as well as another vendor or two to see.

I done fucked up on this one. Glad it was only a $20 part.
